City of Philadelphia’s COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program

Renters who do not have access to the internet or a smartphone will be able to get program and application information by calling 3-1-1.
Applications accepted Tuesday, May 12 at 10 a.m through Saturday, May 16 at 5 p.m.

Department of Human Services Emergency Assistance Program (EAP)

Qualifying families will be issued a one-time grant equal to two months of TANF benefits.
Applications accepted Monday, May 11 through June 12 or until all funds are expended.

Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT)

P-EBT is available for students who are eligible for SNAP benefits. Families will receive a benefit of about $370.50 per child.
Families can apply for the National School Lunch Program or for SNAP benefits at
